Preparing Young People for the Digital Economy
The Digital Technology Programme equips young people with digital literacy and practical technology skills that can help them participate confidently in the digital economy.
We believe access to digital knowledge and tools can create new pathways to learning, employment, entrepreneurship, and economic opportunity. Through practical training, we help young people develop the skills needed to use technology productively and pursue opportunities online.
Who We Support
The programme supports young people with limited access to digital tools, technology education, and skills training, particularly those who may face barriers to participating in the growing digital economy.
Whether participants are learning basic computer skills, exploring technology for the first time, or looking to develop skills for online work and digital entrepreneurship, the programme provides practical learning suited to their needs.
Digital Literacy
Participants develop essential computer and digital skills, including using digital tools, navigating online platforms, and accessing information safely and effectively.
Technology Skills
We provide practical training in areas such as coding, digital tools, software applications, and other relevant technology skills.
Digital Marketing
Participants learn how to use digital platforms and marketing tools to promote businesses, build audiences, and create opportunities online.
Online Work & Entrepreneurship
We help young people explore opportunities in freelancing, remote work, digital services, and online entrepreneurship using their skills.
Our Objectives
The Digital Technology Programme seeks to:
- Bridge the digital divide among young people.
- Introduce young people to relevant technology and digital tools.
- Encourage digital entrepreneurship and innovation.
