Building Skills for Work, Opportunity and Independence
The Education & Skill Acquisition Programme provides young people with practical education, vocational training, and employability skills that prepare them for the world of work and help them build sustainable livelihoods.
We believe access to quality education and relevant practical skills can open doors to employment, entrepreneurship, and greater self-reliance. Through hands-on learning and targeted training, we help young people develop skills they can apply in real-life situations.
Who We Support
The programme supports educated and uneducated young people, particularly those who are unemployed, underemployed, or have limited access to quality education and skills training.
Whether participants are looking to develop a new skill, improve their employability, explore a trade, or build a pathway towards self-employment, the programme provides practical learning and support suited to their needs.
Education Support
Participants gain access to learning opportunities that strengthen their knowledge, confidence, and essential educational skills.
Vocational & Practical Skills
We provide hands-on training in relevant trades and practical skills that can create pathways to employment and self-employment.
Employability Skills
Participants develop essential workplace skills including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, professionalism, and workplace readiness.
Career & Livelihood Support
We help participants identify opportunities to apply their skills, pursue employment, start businesses, and build sustainable livelihoods.
